Bleaching cannot change the shade of your dental fillings or crowns. Dental fillings are made of artificial materials which cannot be whitened, and those in the aesthetic part of the set of teeth must be often changed for lighter fillings.
The duration of bleaching is individual and usually takes from one to three weeks. Teeth bleaching is not a burden for a healthy person and is usually carried out without complications. Tooth sensitivity can be a temporary complication. If such sensitivity occurs, it is recommended to leave out the bleaching procedure for several days or replace the bleaching gel with a fluoride gel and continue the procedure after the tooth sensitivity disappears.
