Dr. Polivka and his nurses are an excellent team. They pulled out my multi-rooted tooth and the only thing I felt were the needle punctures with anesthesia. I was out of the office in 5 minutes.

My entire initial visit was very professional - from the fact that the doctor took me in exactly on time, from his humane, yet professional approach when he showed and explained everything to me, through the course of the X-ray, to getting a schedule of recommended treatments with the prices listed, which I have never encountered before. The ladies at the reception were also pleasant and helpful. The clinic is in nice and easily accessible premises, which I really appreciate.

Today I had a procedure with Dr. Novák - implant placement and a tooth extraction. Honestly, the fear beforehand was much greater than the reality itself. The whole process was fast, professional, and most importantly, completely painless. The doctor and nurse seemed calm and confident, which helped me relax significantly. The atmosphere was so relaxing that I didn't even feel like I was sitting in a dentist's chair 😁👍 If anyone is hesitant or has concerns about the dentist, this is exactly the place to get rid of them. Great satisfaction.
