How to whiten your teeth at home:

• Ambulatory part:
  • During your first visit we will take impressions of your teeth
  • Within 1-2 days, we will make translucent braces/trays for your teeth, into which you will put the whitening toothpaste at home
  • We will then arrange a date for the delivery of the dental braces and the teeth whitening kit

• Home part:
  • It’s ideal to whiten teeth during the night because less saliva is produced at night, which means that the gel won’t be washed out of the braces as quickly as during the day
  • Whitening should always last at least 4 hours
  • Clean your teeth thoroughly before whitening so that they have a clean, plaque-free surface
  • Apply a small amount of whitening gel (12% H2O2) to the whitening braces
  • Put the whitening braces with gel on your teeth
  • If the gel leaks out of the braces, remove it from the surface of the gums using a cotton swab
  • When you get up in the morning, take out the braces and brush your teeth and the braces with a toothbrush

Whiten your teeth for a period of 1-2 weeks. The duration depends on how white you want your teeth to be and also on how quickly your teeth will whiten.
